Media Visions was founded in 1981 by John Michaels, an award winning Independent Producer. With almost 30 years of hands-on experience behind him, he has worked to assemble some of the most creative and talented personnel in the field of meeting and media production. Our services include live event management and support, video production, creative design, and commercial photography. John’s focus is primarily in the live event management and support area. He has been responsible for managing individual event production budgets from less than $10,000.00 to over $350,000.00 and with audience sizes ranging from 25 to over 2,000. Clients have ranged in size from small medical education agencies to Fortune 500 companies as well as many non-profit organizations. John has also worked with such entertainment acts, political, entertainment and sports figures as Kool and the Gang, Smokey Robinson, Rudolph Giuliani, Donald Trump, Colin Powell, the President of China, Joe Torre, Muhammad Ali, Chris Evert, as well as countless others.
John has been the recipient of numerous awards including the following:

John’s preferred role is as producer but he is also comfortable in the role of stage-manager and in providing graphics support.
John is a seasoned traveler, averaging 100,000 plus miles per year and has worked extensively in Europe, South America, Mexico, Canada, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. He is also perfectly happy working in the United States.
